The Technique
a. Find out what's your current figure type. b. Decide on the figure type you want. c. Balance your figure by selecting underwear, lingerie and swimwear which will give you the profile you want. Womens Figure Type Basics Your figure profile is described with a three letter code e.g. AAA, or CBC, or CCB, etc. 1. The first letter is your bust size (A or B or C or D....) 2. The second letter is your waist shape (A -flat no bulges, or B -slightly rounded, or C -full and layered or D -overflowing the waist area, ....) 3. The third letter is your hip shape (A -flat no bulges, or B -slightly rounded or C -full and layered or D -overflowing the hip area, ....) Your figure type will then be a three letter combination off the bust, waist, and hip letters, in that order. For instance a figure type BAB has a bra (B size) with a slim flat waist (A shape) widening slightly to a slightly rounded (B shape) hip. The BAB figure type is one of the most sought after, with its hour glass proportions, its flattering curves and its slim dimensions. For the long legged woman theBAB becomes figure becomes the BABe figure, with an 'e' for the elongated leg; pretty easy to remember! Another example of the figure type is the AAA (trebble A) figure. It is most often seen with youngish girls and with women with a petite body build. It is often seen on the catwalk, it has less curves than the BABe figure. The curves may be accentuated with the right combination of lingerie and foundation underwear. Which figure type do you have? Write down your cup size, a letter size for your waist and your hips, from above. Those three letters describe your natural figure type. You may improve your figure profile with exercise and diet in the long run, but in the short term correct underwear, foundation and outerwear selection will give you the look that you want, immediately.
